Certified Nurses Aide (CNA)
Department of Workforce Development has identified five priority sectors – Advanced Manufacturing, IT & Business Service, Health & Life Sciences, Transportation & Logistics, and Building & Construction.
Our Adult Education Center strives to bring occupational trainings in these sectors to Jennings County. Trainings in the Health & Life Sciences sectors include: Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) through the Vincennes University and Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) through Trainer Connect.

Certified Production Technician (CPT) Training
We are a provider of MSSC Certified Production Technician Training. Participants receive training in accordance with these national standards. Upon receipt of the CPT certification, you will be able to demonstrate mastery of the core competencies of manufacturing production at the front line.
In-Training Refund Policy
To help ensure everything runs smoothly and is a pleasant experience for all of us, please be sure you’re familiar with our refund policy.
- Training course registrations will not be confirmed until the registration is complete and we have received the billing information in full.
- In order to cancel a confirmed training, please submit an email to our director, Janice Suding.
- Please submit all cancellation requests within seven business days of the scheduled course date in order to receive a full refund of paid registration fees.
- No-shows and cancellations not made within the specified cancellation period will incur the full cost of the registration fee ($60) plus the first section course fee ($130) for a total of $190.00.
- Jennings County Education Center reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment up to five business days in advance of the scheduled course date. We will provide all enrollees notification and a full refund for all fees paid.
- Jennings County Education Center is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is canceled.
- If a training class is canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, we permit the customer to reschedule for a future training course.
